New Construction in Historic Building

Another of our projects at The Barclay Hotel in Philadelphia, this 4,400 sq. ft. residence was completed in 2003. The project included a complete gut of the existing space, replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, installation of a custom engineered pressure pump system to provide consistent water pressure throughout the home, and a fully-integrated lighting, climate control and audio visual system. The eclectic Middle-Eastern design scheme includes many architectural artifacts, period pieces, and custom finishes, including hand made tile, antique wood doors, intricate millwork and trim, and hand carved mantels and columns.
