Complete Renovation

In 2001, Shay Construction completely gutted and renovated this 3,000 square foot Victorian home built in the 1870’s. The project required replacement of the electrical and plumbing systems. In addition, we added a fully-modernized kitchen and breakfast room addition to the residence. The project included the careful restoration of existing historic materials together with the sensitive integration of new cabinetry, painted wood floors, and decorative finishes.
