This project is currently in the interior finishing stage and is scheduled for an April 2008 completion. The estate property includes a 6,200 sq. ft. main house with 6 bedrooms, hydraulic elevator, dedicated media room, gym with attached full bath and steam shower, Pebble-Tec pool and spa, wine room, and roof walk with views of Nantucket Harbor. The property also has a 1,200 sq. ft. guest house with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage. In order to create the most efficient structures possible, we utilized many advanced building technologies including a closed-loop geothermal cooling system, Icynene spray foam insulation, Andersen insulated low-E glass windows and doors, a whole-house energy recovery ventilation system, and in-slab hydronic radiant heat.
